Affiliate Management

Affiliate Management companies or Outsourced Program Management (OPM) perform affiliate program management for the merchants as a service, similar to advertising agencies promoting a brand or product as done in offline marketing.

Affiliate Marketing describes a business relationship in which one Web site (such as an online merchant) pays another site (the affiliate) to send traffic and customers to the first Web site. The primary objective of affiliate marketing is to drive traffic and customers to your Web site and typically only pay for that exposure/traffic when a desired conversion event occurs, such as when a purchase is made or a lead is generated.

Here's how it works: Affiliates (Web site owners, bloggers, and other content publishers) promote your company's products and/or services and earn a commission for every sale or lead they generate. Affiliates place links on their sites with special codes embedded that allow software to track which site referred the traffic to your Web site.

SpinSix designs, configures, and launches affiliate programs that drive highly qualified traffic/leads to Web sites. We work with several of the industry's largest affiliate networks , providing an easy way to facilitate the partnership without requiring either party to develop proprietary tracking, reporting, or auditing technology. We choose the most appropriate network for our clients based on the products or services they're promoting.

Our affiliate marketing services include:

  • Designing affiliate programs (i.e., determining a competitive payout structure, linking options, linking requirements, promotional policies, etc.)
  • Affiliate program setup, configuration, launch, and promotion
  • Developing creative (banner ads, text/email links, etc.) for affiliates to use to promote your site
  • Affiliate recruitment (i.e., growing the channel)
  • Ongoing affiliate program management (providing affiliate support, optimizing affiliate performance, developing promotional calendars, monitoring adherence to policies, generating and analyzing affiliate program sales/performance reports, etc.)
  • Reviewing/analyzing existing affiliate programs to ensure that they are performing at their optimal potential.
