Website Analytics

Web analytics is the measurement, collection, analysis and reporting of internet data for purposes of understanding and optimizing web usage.

Web analytics refers to tools related to the measurement, collection, analysis and reporting of Internet-related data (such as Web sites and email) for the purpose of understanding your customers' online behavior and optimizing the mix of any variables that may effect users' behavior.

SpinSix understands that Web sites require the use of traffic reporting software to effectively measure general traffic, site usage patterns, and the success of email marketing campaigns, online advertising campaigns, and direct marketing campaigns.

Like many Web marketing firms, SpinSix uses tools such as Google Analytics to ensure that the Web sites we build can be used and managed effectively for new customer acquisition or retention. Google Analytics tracks information about visits to a site, its visitors, visitor loyalty (i.e., how often they visit), traffic sources, and what content your visitors viewed. However, Google Analytics cannot tell you specific information about your site's visitors, such as when they last purchased something on your site or whether they've already submitted an application to enroll at your university.

This is where LINCS comes in. LINCS, our proprietary technology platform, helps bridge the gap between sales and marketing by routing visitor behavior and real-time conversion and sales data from both your online and offline campaigns to your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or marketing database to enable you to integrate highly personalized lifecycle data into your marketing campaigns.

Once we know what to say and to whom, we use tools such as ExactTarget (the leading on-demand email marketing platform) to ensure that your customized marketing message is delivered and received. ExactTarget's powerful reporting capabilities communicate the success of each email correspondence (such as open rates and click-through rates) back to LINCS for further optimizing of your marketing campaigns.
